Community Engagement and Service-Learning Center

Our Programs

  1. TRAINING PROGRAMS: Non-degree and non-credit courses regularly offered by the college or unit with the faculty members as resource persons.
  2. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND ADVISORY SERVICES: Technical assistance and services that could be extended by the college/unit to agencies, organizations, associations and other groups.
  3. COMMUNICATION/ INFORMATION SERVICES: The IEC materials are in various forms: printed (comics, brochures, etc.), audio-visual (CD or DVD format) or a TV program to be shown in the CPU Channel.
  4. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND SERVICE – LEARNING SERVICES: The services are related to one of the following indicators of rural development: (a) social and cultural, (b) economic, (c) political, (d) physical, and (e) environmental and health.
  5. TECHNO-TRANSFER, UTILIZATION AND COMMERCIALIZATION: Technology developed by the college/unit through research wherein the output could now be disseminated and utilized by potential users.
