
The Community Engagement and Service-Learning Center (CESLC) is the official arm of the Central Philippine University (CPU) to carry out the third function of a Higher Education Institution (HEI) –that is Extension.
The Center main agenda is to make the University valued by the community as a provider of community engagement programs that are anchored on Christian values and responsive to the needs of the community for economic development, people empowerment and self reliance.
CPU desires to make CESLC programs responsive to the social, cultural, economic, and developmental needs of the country at local, regional and national levels.
OUR GOAL
The Center aims to provide integrated community development programs of social responsibility to partner communities which promotes self-reliance, empowerment, resource development and management, and volunteerism in collaboration with university colleges and units.
